For Thanksgiving this year, we decided not to do a lot of cooking and things of that nature. We had Thanksgiving just a few weeks earlier when Nana Weycker was in town. A delicious ham and all the Thanksgiving food our hearts could desire. Except....a pecan pie. I would give anything for a pecan pie right about now!
We did our own thing as a family. We went out to eat, shopped for half the day and came home to a family movie night. It was extra special because Kale had the day off. I love it that he gets to spend Holidays at home now (with his new job).
We did take tons of new family cell phone pics. It was much harder than we imagined it would be. Fitting 6 people into the camera frame when my arms are only so long just didn't work out. Kale decided that since he had the longest arms...he would take the photos :) It was fun. We laughed. We absolutely cherish this first photo of our entire family of 6!
